What Is Digital Media?


Digital Media
Digital Media is any form of media (images, videos, audio) that can be played or viewed or any/all types of technology. The ability to create, copy and transmit digital media is crucial to stream, download or store media on programs or devices.

Forms Of Digital Media Include:
·         Podcasts:  A video/audio file found on the Internet, which can be downloaded onto computers and      portable devices.
                                          

                                                     
·         Instructional Videos:  A video file used to educate a class or single person in a specific subject.
                                                             
·         Presentations :  Much like an instructional video, is used to educate, but does not have as many facts as included.                                  
                                                    

                                                      
·         Recordings of Live Events:  Sending out or receiving live video/audio footage on the Internet.
                              
·         Original Works i.e. Documentaries:  A visual or audio recording that provides intriguing information.
